Order a taxi at a fixed hourly rate

Do you need shuttle service for your guests. Or a taxi, servicing only you, your guests and employees for a couple of hours or the entire day?

When you rent a taxi on an hourly basis, it is you who decide whether you use it as shuttle service or VIP transportation  to and from the conference, the fashion show or an event in the city. A taxi with a private driver will be at your disposal as you require! 

As per your requirement you can rent a regular taxi, holding 1-4 passengers or a minibus holding 5-8 passengers – for up to 8 hours.

Your driver will always be professionally dressed in his uniform  and extremely service minded. In addition, the driver will be able to communicate in Danish as well as English.

Please note that the fixed hourly price includes a max distance of 20 kilometres per hour in the duration of your booking. Non-used kilometres may be transferred from one hour to another. Example: You book a taxi at the fixed hourly rate for 3 hours. In hour 1 you drive 30 kilometres, in hour 2 you drive 0 kilometres and in hour 3 you may drive up to 30 kilometres.

In case your arrangement requires additional hours or kilometres, you pay for every started half or full hour and every additional kilometer. You may also choose to continue your ride on meter rates, but this has to be arranged with the driver well before. Please note that a switch to meter rates will include a starting fee.
