Set up the taxi app with your company agreement:

Create a user-profile in the taxi app
To use the taxi app, we need some basic information from you in order to serve you with a taxi as well as a pleasent user experience.
Estimated time creating the user-profile is approx. 2 minutes and requires:
- An IOS or Android smartphone with a mobile data subscription
- An e-mail account
- (Recommended) A credit card

Download and open the app
Visit Apple App Store or Google Play to download the TAXA 4×35 taxi app.
Open the app and click “Continue”.

Check to find out, if you already have an app user-profile
Type in your e-mail address to check if you already have an existing user-profile.
Your e-mail address is used for:
- Checking if you already have an user-profile
- Your username
- If you forget your password
- Receiving receipts

Create a new user-profile
If no existing user-profile is found please click “Use for new user profile”.

Type in name and number
Type in your name and cellphone number including the country code.
Your phone number is used for:
- Verifying the new user-profile
- Receiving text message notifications (SMS) regarding your bookings
- The TAXA customer support to contact you in case of unforseen matters in relation to your bookings

Insert verification code
Insert the verification code from the SMS text message. The code consists of 4 digits.
If no SMS is received, then please go back and check if the phone number is correct.

Create a password
Create a password consisting of minimum 8 letters og numbers.

Enable Face ID or fingerprint authentication
We recommend you allow the app to use Face ID or fingerprint authentification to confirm your identity when using credit cards as payment method.
If you do not allow, you will have to type in a password each time you book a taxi with credit card chosen as payment method.

Confirm your e-mail
Confirm your e-mail address by clicking the activation link inside the e-mail we have just sent you.
If no e-mail is received, please click “Resend e-mail”. Remember to check your spam folder.
When you have confirmed your e-mail address please click “Continue”.

Accept the app terms of use
It is mandatory to accept the terms of use in order to use the taxi app.
You may also sign up for receiving news, offers and discounts from TAXA 4×35. Signing up is free and you may, at any time, unsubscribe from within the “My profile” section inside the app.

Add a credit card
We recommend that you add a credit card to your user-profile. This way you don’t have to worry about payment terminals inside the car when you arive at your destination. Instead you may move straight on with your whereabouts.
Adding credit cards is optional and may also be done at a later time.
